Oil Flow in Filter
What is the direction of flow through the oil filter in the 6.0 PSD? I want to install the Pre-Luber oil pump and need to know if I feed the oil back into the filter cap will the oil be going through the filter or bypassing it?

I beleive the direction of flow would be out of cap, thats how the OILGUARD by-pass filter works. The return on this set-up is to the oil fill cap on the valve cover.The older style set-up used a return line to a special oil drain plug, in the oil pan. I beleive PRE-LUBER uses the same style drain plug in their set-up.
