Spout Connector Location?

I have the '88 Bronco 5.8L running, but I have to set the timing (and I still have an IAC connector wiring issue).
Where's the spout connector located? Does it need to be removed to check initial timing? On this engine, what should the initial timing be set at?

The spout connector should be located near the distributor, the base timing should be 10deg before top dead center but check the label under the hood to be sure.

Thanks. That's what I thought: it's the Pez-looking plug near the TFI. Roger that on the 10 degress-the label is missing.
