What year is it? I have rebuilt the front suspension on a 94 Ranger 2wd 4cyl before, and you had to order shims for it. There were no built in adjusters. I would suggest taking it in for a proper computer allingment. It may cost a bit now, but you save money on tire wear in the long run.

From my research, I think there's an eccentric bushing for the ball joints that sets the camber. I think there are different offsets available, and there are after-market adjustable ones with more travel for lowered/lifted trucks. Good luck finding spec's. My book says "bring it to an alignment shop".
