Unusual habits

Do any of you have anything unusual that you do that turned into a habit or routine? I was thinking about this one thing I always do, every night I brush my hair before going to bed. Its really pointless but for some reason I always do it. Just wondered if any of you do anything like this.

I take a shower at least once a week, pesky habit I should break it and go to every two weeks, save a little on water .... Just kidding of course, but I always sit with my feet elevated in some way, sitting straight up, feet on the ground just never has suited me very well .

Same here, right now, at my comp desk, only one foot is on the floor. The other is on the tray next to the printer.

I like staying up late when I'm off work, drink coffee or tea, smoke cigars and read automotive forum boards. I like to go for drives at night... shoulda been a truck driver I guess.

oh ya, I always scroll all the way up to the top of the page before pressing the back button or typing in another website, and I used to press the back button all the way to the homepage before going to another website. after going to a few and clicking on links there it got pretty long as you could imagine...

Hey furball, I do the same exact thing - minus the cigars! But everything fits me too!

I always have my feet up somehow too, and slouch back in my chair.... just the only way I'm really comfortable.

I drive rather conservatively... that seems to be really unusual around here (bay area )

Boy I have a ton of others, but I really can't think of them... this is one of those questions that's better answered by the people you live with.

I always lay my clothes by/on the chair beside the bed the same way everynight. On the chair is my pant and shirt with the shirt on top. Bseide chair are my boots with a sock layed over each one. In my life I never know when I have to leave in the middle of a good sleep. This way I can get dressed and be out of the house within one minute without turning lights on so I don't wake the wife.

Before I go anywhere, I have to take a shower. Doesn't matter where I am going, or what I am doing, that includes playing softball or going fishing. Don't ask me why.....

Actually, it IS a bad thing to clean your ears too often. The "wax" is protective.

But, um....strange habits - Some of my friends call me "Rory the Racoon" - something to do with my washing all foods before eating and washing my hands a LOT - (and yes, I carry "hand sanitizer") but with all this scare about the Flu and not enough shots to go around, some of them have decided I'm not so "strange".

sunday mornings with Frank Sinatra....always. Have the alarm set for 7am on a low volume, loud enough to hear, quiet enough to turn the pillow to the cool side and sleep a little more.
