state edition trucks

i saw a united ford (ford of tulsa) commercial where they have a oklahoma edition ford f150, i was wondering if any other states had these special edition trucks?

I remember a year or so back that they were doing a TV ad for the Montana Edition, but I didn't pay much attention to specifics on the truck as to what made it the Montana Edition. Might be a topic of discussion though.

There was an indiana edition ranger many years ago. Don't know if there was anything special about them though

everyone makes a texas edition truck except ford. They dont need to add anything for texans to buy them.

there is new mexico edition that came out a few years ago. it had the nm symbol on a metal medallion on the fender.

Ford has the "King Ranch" and the "Amarillo" editions. I believe those are still in Texas.

You are right, both of these are in Texas and I saw a Ford add today advertising a "Texas Edition". I know other brands have done the same thing: "Lone Star Edition"/Dodge; "Texas Edition"/Chevy. I had wondered if other states had similar, so I see they do.

no dodge and chevy have no special edition that i know for oklahoma, he in oklahoma we have the king ranch and lariat, i guess we have those cuz we are mainly agriculture states

the dogde california edition has special features like a I-4, that gets good gas mileage but its a boat and the motors tranmission burns up every 2,000 miles

na just kidding but im sure its some kind of gas efficent truck(which no one makes)

i want a king rach f250, is oklahoma the only state with lariat style trucks

Nope, the King Ranch and the Lariat are avalible nationwide.
