Brake light problem
Happy Thanksgiving!!! I'm looking for a little help. Does anyone know what the color code is for the brake light and turn signal sockets on the rear of a '77. The previous owner of my truck has a spaghetti bowl of wiring underneath the back end of my truck and I'm trying to get my left brake light to work. The right light works fine. The left turn signal and tail light works, but no brake light or hazard. I figure it has to be something wrong in the mess of wiring. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

The left turn signal and brake are the same wire. Sounds like your propblem is probably in the steering column switch. There is a tech article here on lights that may help. Check the links on the right ==>
