Thumbs down Radiator overflow problem

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of the radiator over flowing through the cap after you use your programmer.

it does it without the tuner too. mine really stinks unless i turn on the water inj. with the water, it never overflows.

i kinda wonder if the exhaust is gettin hot enuf to boil the coolant in the egr cooler tubes.

I suspect that...

Oddly enough, mine boils with the EGR plugged in, and does not with it disconnected.

There is reports of this happening without the Predator while pulling heavy loads uphill. Coolant should show at the Min level on the degas bottle. If you unplug the EGR, unplug it with the key off. Normal closed. Make sure the system is keeping pressure.
