Oddly enough, mine boils with the EGR plugged in, and does not with it disconnected.
do u have to disconnect it with the engine off and the key off? or does it not matter? mine boils with it disconnected, and dont know about when it is connected cuz it doesnt get reconnected
There is reports of this happening without the Predator while pulling heavy loads uphill. Coolant should show at the Min level on the degas bottle. If you unplug the EGR, unplug it with the key off. Normal closed. Make sure the system is keeping pressure.
