Flashing a computer?

I just bought a 2001 Expy EB 5.4. I would like to flash the computer so the truck can adapt itself to my driving style. Is this possible? If so, run me throught the process. I know you can do this on Jeeps. Thanks!

Pull the battery cable for about 15 minutes.

The only real adaptive strategy is in the transmission shift. And only then, the tranny will alter the time it takes to complete the shift.
