1982 Dodge 400
I am trying to gather some information on a 1982 Dodge 400 convertible. It has approximately 36000 miles (for real), new top and always garaged. Owned by a guy who swears it has never been rain or snowed on. Runs perfectly, everything works. Not familar with these cars. Are they collectible? He told me he would sell it to me for between $2000.-$3000. perhaps less, once he can determine its value. Would be interested in what you all have to say about this year and make of car.

Do they have any value as a collectible? It would not be a daily driver for me, just something to drive on weekends, take to car shows, etc. Is this a car that would be considered an investment vehicle that would increase in value?
