Which tranny do I have?
'93 F-150 4x4 with a 4.9 It's a 5-sp with 3.55's but I don't know if I have the M5OD or something else. It's an internal slave cylinder with a "ford" sticker on the side. Any help or other identification tips? (tried searching)

If your tranny does not have a granny low first gear, it's probably the M5OD. The other 5-speed was the heavy duty ZF with granny low first gear, usually used in F250 and up. It is a large heavy tranny with some diagonal ribbing on the side of the case, a PTO plate, and the shifter comes out the top. The M5 has vertical and horizontal ribbing. Post the trans code from the door sticker and someone here should be able to tell you for sure what the truck originally had in it.
