Opening Day!

Well the first day of Buck season is over and I am dearless this evening!
That is mostly by choice! I saw a nice buck with a small 4pt rack chase a doe by the stand! Then I had several does stand in front of me and I let them go in hopes a buck would be on the trail! Well I will have one or the other on the second day!

Anyone have any luck today?

Yes, it did not rain all day today, only half of it. So we had half as much mud by evening as usual. Ohh, you mean hunting. Gave that up years ago.

got a 8 point first day out, but spent many days watchiing it.....
im packing up @ 6am and heading to PA so i can do that family thing. so no more hunting till tuesday or so for me now. imma get a doe next then i think im done for the year.....
