I looked at a 2003 King Ranch a friend owns and among other thing the shock mounts look very close to the mount on my 82. I know several of the frame parts will fit my 82.
I think you can still get them at Ford....I bought my replacements there last year. Don't remember the price, but wasn't too bad, less than $20 I think....call em.
You could probably spend less than 10 minutes at the wreckers and walk out with both sides as 80-96 are all the same (the 250's and 350's are the same as well.)

If the backing bolt isn't rusted on so tight that it isn't seized and snaps the mount. New is the way to go, as well as some anti-seize compound to prevent this problem, should it arise again.
