front wheel bearing question

how do I remove the inside front wheel bearings?? I dont want to destroy the retainer.

Remove the brake drum and tap the inside wheel bearing out from the inside.

Use a wooden dowel or a brass rod to tap them out like ranger pat says. Then you shouldn't damage the bearing or it's race. The seal will come out with the bearing. I would recommend you replace the seals, it isn't worth trying to reuse them. There're cheap enough. ...Terry
