04 Explorer body defect
Hi all, I have purchased a 04 Ford Explorer. Im happy with it, but, after about a week or so had passes I noticed a defect in the body. On the roof, the "rain gutters" which run the full length of the roof are different sizes. The one the driver side is wider and almost twice as deep and has a crease in the center of it. I brought it back to the dealer three times and there is no fix (unless they cut the roof off). I have noticed it on other Explorers. Take a look at yours. Does anyone else have this defect and have you complained to Ford?
