I always use a socket to break it loose, at this point I would use vicegrips and then replace the bleeder.

Small vice grips to remove the bleeder, then replace it. Spray some penetrating oil on it first, before trying to get it out.

Give it a few blows with a hammer, directly on the *head (top), to break the threads free. A source of heat (torch) would help, don't know what you've got but I'm sure you can get it without anyway.

If you got time, soak it overnight with PB Blaster. Then follow what was said before -- lightly hammer the head, you can also try to hammer on a socket, and use that one instead of the vicegrip.

Whole calipers are cheap too...I replace mine as a matter of habit anyway every three years or so.
