messed up tranny
if anyone out there can help me please do. i have an 84 b2 with a 5 speed. its kinda weird what happend to me. i was out wheelin on a muddy road and got stuck. i put it in reverse and it died now i can get the tranny out of reverse evan though the shifter is in neutral and i have no idea whats wrong, but i did just replace the slave. if i push the clutch in it will start but once you let it out it goes backwards with the shifter in first, something really wrong here. towing it 30 miles with the clutch pushed in the hole way, thats the only way i can get it to move. any help would be great.

i think its broken
my 84 b2 has some problems,to start with it smokes black when it starts only,the starter grinds on the flywheel,noise in the front axel when in 4low in first gear only, nuetral safty switch hasent worked since i got it,and the brake pedal is mushy, tranny stuck in reverse evan though shifter handel is in neutral, it only is movable if you hold clutch pedal to the floor. please help!!!!!!!
