94 f250 steering ??
on my 94 f250 4x4 when in 4 wheel drive wont turn ?? 
it feels like the wheels in front are sliding when going around corner at any speed. is this common on these trucks ? and i cant put it in 4 lo. any suggestion on what to do. thanks

When you go around a corner in 4 wheel drive either the front wheels slide or the rear wheels spin always. The front tires must turn faster than the rear tires due to the longer path around the corner. When you go around a right corner the left front tire must turn the fastest and the right rear tire turns the slowest. The sharper the corner is the more the difference in speed is. That is why you should never use 4x4 on dry pavement or high traction conditions.
It is also why 4x4 trucks should have all 4 tires changed at the same time so the diameter is the same on all 4 tires.
A 235/85 -16 tire with 1/8" of tread wear on it will take 650 revolutions it takes to go one mile.
The new one will only have to have 645 revolutions to travel the same mile.
As far a the not going into low range we need a little more info, what happens when you try?
