I checked there and didn't see anything for the '03 or newer SD.
Helm, Inc. has them, though when I ordered mine in mid '03 on CDROM the darn thing didn't have any info on the 6.0 L, just the 7.3 L so I had to return it.
Helm claimed it was a Ford issue and Ford told me to go talk to Helm. I was so sick of the whole thing by the time I was done that I gave up. Once I find out for sure that they have up to date manuals maybe I'll go back and try again.

You have to buy a supplement for the 6.0 diesel. I don't know if it shows up in 03 literature or not.
