Engine For An '89 Ranger
I have an '89 Ranger 4x4 with a 2.9 I also have a '92 Aerostar all whell drive with a 4.0 I would like to swap the engines. Does anyone know if that would be a fairly simple swap or too much trouble. Both are automatics.

From what I've read it's pretty straight forward if you have a complete donor vehicle. Search this forum & the Bronco II forum and it should come up. There are several web sites detailing the swap too, like rangerstation.com and others.
