I don't thingk JC Whitney or AutoZone would carry a factory owner's manual. You may want to try the dealership, sometimes they sell them as replacements, they may still have some for a '90 Ranger.

Well.... I've called the dealer and they order them from Helm. It will be easier forme to order direct from them. Thanks for all your help guys
