please welcome me

I just got an old 77 f-150 4x4 custom silver and blue w/ 351?/auto.
my gear ratios are miss matched and the transfer case will shift from 2 to 4 wheel but is always in 4 wheel????
I've learned how informative these forums can be w/ my daily driver ( Acura TL Type S) please let me know of any common or personal experiances that may benifit me.

First, welcome. Second, I would get the ratios matched right a way, or disconnect the front driveshaft until I can get it sorted out. In here, you will find oodles of info. Post some pics, and have fun
