what is it?????
well here is my problem and maybe someone can help....i recently run across what i thought to be a 1969 boss 302ci and as i dug deper into it i realized that it doesnt have a 4 bolt main #1 and that alot of web site talk about this perticular casting number as a fluke engine as in, in 1967 clevland was producing the 289 and ran outta blocks so windsor gave up some of the new 302 blocks that werent scheduled to see the market until late 68 casting number c80e-6015e so in return are these 302 blocks with 289 inards... now i look at the heads i dont have boss heads so im thinking okay what is it????? other sites say that in 68 ford produced what is called a tunnel port engine for (high perfomance) can anyone help me distinguish whether i have a chunk of gold or chunk of crap?????
