Bad Vibrations
Wierdest thing I've ever seen, I come to a stop at a light the truck vibrates violently and dies (seems very much like the stall is not working). Re-start the truck in neutral and the motor feels as though I'm swinging a 50lbs weight over center vibrating the whole truck, and when I put it in gear the vibrations almost cease. But now the trans is slipping anywhere after 1st gear.... Slips out of gears, slips between gears, and when the trans is in park or neutral, vibrates violently..... Anyone have any thoughts? BTW it's a '98 F150 2wd 4.6L with I believe a E4OD Trans......
