I have a 93 Bronco with an electric fuel pump. I am getting a loud humming sound coming from the gas tank. Does this mean my fuel pump is going bad? I have already changed the fuel filter to see if this would help, it did not. Also it seems to get louder when the tank is full.

Just a note:
Mine has been whining REALLY LOUD for the five + years I've owned it (95' Bronco), and I think it's the original. I tell folks that it's a secret performance device.....
