Power+Plus Typhoon manifold

Who has used this manifold??? Any good??? I'm interested in it b/c it has bosses built into the runners. They put them there for nitrous, but I would use them for injector bosses on a DIY fuel injection setup.

Any comments, opinions, or otherwise would be great.

The are similar to other intakes out there, but they are made in the far east instead of the good old USA.

Back just a few years ago when I had my 1970 F-100, i had a 351w with a two barrel set up. It was stock and would burn the tires right off!!! Of course this is the F-100 we are talking about, but anyway, I purchased a Typhoon Intake and a Holley 650 carb. I was weary to buy it but I did. Cost me 150$ on EBAY.(where else!!) I bought it becuase on the intake, it had a rear crossover water jacket for extra cooling. When I took off the stock intake, I found that the rear jackets(holes) were not even used (they were casted over). Any way, the intake was a huge success!! Many people have problems with the fuel injected intakes becuase the casting are sometimes rough, but nothin a lil grinding wont take care of. The raise on this intake was so high, that I had to fab another kickdown bar. After it was all siad and done, I couldnt hardly keep it on the road!!!!! That motor just came alive!! I believe that typhoon is a good intake and I havent ever had any problems with it.(carbueration)
