Oil Question

I have been using oil from a buddy of mines shop, never heard of it, on the 5gal bucket it says DA LUBRICANT Co.. Anyone know of this oil,who makes it,is it GOOD bad or?
I havent had any problems out of it, truck goes 4-5000k miles with out adding a drop.

Also does anyone use lucas additive in their oil? Pros and Cons of it?

What engine are you putting the "mystery" oil into? Gas or diesel engine? What is the oil viscosity and rating?

2000 PWRSTROKE 15w-40 weight, rating no idea.

I never heard of it but check their website: www.dalube.com. Looks like they make lubricants for heavy duty stuff especially diesel. Good luck.
