I have been using oil from a buddy of mines shop, never heard of it, on the 5gal bucket it says DA LUBRICANT Co.. Anyone know of this oil,who makes it,is it GOOD bad or?
I havent had any problems out of it, truck goes 4-5000k miles with out adding a drop.
Also does anyone use lucas additive in their oil? Pros and Cons of it?

You need to find out if that oil is at least CH-4 rated. If not, then it might not be a good idea to use it. As fas as Lucas goes, I have tested it in a Cummins N14 and have higher wear numbers via used oil analysis when I did use it. For a good reason as to NOT use Lucas in your truck, check out the demonstration at bobistheoilguy.com. You will be astonished at how the anti-foaming properies of oil goes away with this additive and that is just plain unacceptable with HEUI injectors.
