hard to start

My wife,s father has a 91 ford ranger XLT,4 cylinder. I was looking at some TSB summaries and I found one for this truck. It was for a cold start procedure. The article didn,t list the actual procedure. Does anybody know the procedure? The bulletin, number is BC3551910201--I couldn,t get access to the bulletin, only the summary. I watched my wife start the truck one day, and she was pumping the throttle pedal like crazy, I told her, you don,t start fuel injection that way, anyway thanks for any suggestions. Once the truck starts it idles and runs fine. Evidently this is a common problem for this truck or Ford wouldn,t have put out a TSB. thanks

I'm not sure were you got the TSB number but if you go to alldata.com and find the number and name I can email you the TSB, PM or email me the information.
