Well, I know its a little early to be thinking about this, but I know if I dont start now itll be 2 weeks till christmas and I'll have no list. The only problem is..... I dont know what to ask for!!! Obviously money is a good one, but I have pretty much everything I want. I was thinking about some oil filters, yea their cheap but havin a couple hangin round dont hurt. What else should I ask for, quarts of Rislone or the big things of oil?? I hate getting older, it seems like there is less and less that I can think of wanting.
Okay, so I checked out your gallary, and if that picture of your truck is current then there is tons of stuff you could ask for. How about a gun rack or diamond plate acessories. May be a CB. One word "tools". My dad once got me a gift certificate to the local 4 wheel drive shop. That was a well used item. Just a few ideas.
One year I got my brother a gift certificate to the parts store especially for his chev. He didn't think it was so funny. Then he ended up using two days later.
Diamond plate, EXCELLENT! I wanted some to use on the top of my sub box. Gift certificates, thats another good idea, never know what I might bust on the ol truck!
I already have mine made out and all ready to distribute at thanksgiving. Oil filters is a good one tho. My yuppie relatives on my mom's side may leave the room if i put some of these ideas on my list, haha....I'm gonna do it. I also have George Straight's 50 Number one's on my list. Along with plenty of tools so I don't get yelled at for usin my dad's and leaving them in places he doesn't want them to be. Riflescope, boot cut jeans, NASCAR 2005, tap&die set, and other random clothes i could use. A new CB is a good idea tho.
To me ...Christmas is Too Commercial and puts too big of strain on some people.
How about: Promise to volunteer through the whole year helping those that need help."The Giving of Ones Time" is a Precious Gift and you will feel great after you do it.
Now.......How about a set of Std & Metric Allen wrenches ?
1) A new bed, my feet hang off the edge.
2) An Optima Red Top battery.
3) Best Buy gift certificates (I need to build a new surround sound system).
4) New work shoes, my toe is poking through the sole.
Springfield M1A or the SOCOM, Springfield 1911-A1 .45 acp or 9mm would work (I'd rather have the 45 though), Ruger Red Label O/U 20 guage, accesories for my 04 F-150, an F-250 Super Duty 4x4 SC with a PSD and a 6 speed, and Shania Twain.
My list

She'll probably get me two of the four and I just found out that I get an extra $100 per shift on the 1st and 2nd of January tax free, so I'll go spend $100 on another tool and $100 on her. Life is good.
