4x4 warpped rotors

I Have A 1999 F-350 4x4 Xlt Super Cab Deisel. I Have Gone Tru 5 Pairs Of Rotors On The Front. Last Time In Replced The Calipers. It Didn't Help. Could Someone Tell Me What I Need To Replace To Keep The Pressure Off Of My Pads Inwhich Is Causing Heat That Is Warpping My Rotors? I Have New Calipers, Rotors & Pads. Help! Thank You.

When you install the wheels, use a torque wrench to tighten the lugs. Uneven torque can cause premature warping.

ROTORS on 2000 4x4 F-250 PwrStroke

This is the 2nd time in one year that mine have been warped.
Im in the process of putting new rotors and pads on, And i found out why, the guide pins were frozen up in the caliper bracket. So ive replaced the guide pins with new pins, ,cuz i had to heat 2 of them to get them out, so i decided to change all the pins. Hopefully this fixes the problem.

I agree always always torque your wheels and watch for guide pins hanging or worn, replace em .... I did rotors greased the guide pins at the time i thought the pins looked somewhat worn, truck was fine for awhile then went back to the same old vibration when braking .I threw some new pins on it and the trucks been Great since

Does the truck pull when you hit the brakes? I know on my '99 I have a brake pull that is not consistant at all. I had the garage rebuild my calipers, replace my pads and lines, and turn both rotors down. I still had the pull...then we found that it was announced as a problem for 99 super dutys in the TSB...so I've learned to live with it.
