It would be hard to flush much of the concrete thru the sink and tub traps. The toilets have a trap that would also stop most of it also. I think it would be very hard to flush enuf concrete to fill the pipes.
Yeah, you would have to pump it. Still.......alot of work for Mr. Homeowner.
Quickcrete isn't all that tough unless its well mixed. We used it over buried conduit, wet and slighty mixed it in the hole so a back hoe operator would know he hit something, but it wasn't very hard to break it up by hand tools.

How are you going to get that back-hoe into the bathroom to work in the toilet?
I bet the Man learned a lesson. Next time he'll be there in the home when he gives the mistress the boot.
When the Backhoe gets to the Quickcrete he's done, the cable/PVC conduit has to be dug up by hand after that. With Hand Tools. PS he's probably going to need a backhoe to pick up the toilet, LOL, but should be able to save the sinks and tubs. Also I'm betting she had help.

This woman knew where to go, to do damage & cause a major headache.
I have 20 years experience with Muratic Acid & Concrete.
Muratic acid poured on concrete is about as effective as Baking soda on a battery post with the cable connection still.
It gets the surface but doesn't go any further into it.
I would hate to be that girl..........Always having to look over her shoulders.......Don't get mad get even! He now has the upper hand. She has to worry about retaliation from him? LOL!! WOW! Such childish things a female can conjure up.
I would contract with a drain service to pull the fixtures and try to run a video unit through the main drain lines to assess the damage. They can give you a picture of the inside of the drain pipes if there is enough room left to run the camera, it's mounted to a long cable that snakes its way through the drain pipe. Then you will have an idea of the extent of the damage beyond the immediate fixtures. If it's minimal past the toilets, sinks, and tub, they may be able to loosen it up with an auger and salvage the underground pipe without having to tear it out. I think that's the best way to get started.
Reminds me of a car someone brought in to fix once. You all know about sugar in the gas tank? This girl was left in a hotel room by her boyfriend while he went messing around elsewhere. He left his car too. She dumped beach sand in every single part of the car: in the tank, interior, trunk, and under the hood; anything that had a cap was full of it and then she dumped buckets on top of the engine to boot. And he wanted it fixed...!
Guys, when you dump a girl, make sure she has no access to any of your stuff. Especially your car and your plumbing!
