Engine revs when clutch goes in
I'm no wizard under the hood but I know a few things automotive.
One thing that stumps me though.....
Everytime I push the clutch in to shift, the engine revs up for a few seconds and then comes back down. I only really notice it in 1st or 2nd gear. The truck in question is an '88 Ranger 2.0L
Anyone got any ideas why this happens?
