Vancouver Island
Hi guys, anyone know of a decent crew cab 4x4 shortbox in need of a new home? I've got a '79 F-250 2 wd that I was considering a 4x4 conversion on but it may be a whole lot easier to locate something already intact. I used to own a '79 Bronco but sadly sold it when the kids were young. I think it is high time to get back into the saddle! Any info would be helpful, thanks.

Looking for 15 inch rims to fit my 84 F-150. Not the stock steely's with the hub caps but a set of 4 that look a bit nicer. The stock rims from a 89 or newer would work. Not looking for expensive aftermarket ones. Looking mainly in the Prince George area.

Vancouver Island (but near the ferry), looking for:
*1957*, 1958, or 1959 front clip parts (grill, fenders, hood).
Overdrive transmission to fit 223 six, or for smallblock (351W), or a complete 351W/clutch/transmission (3+OD or 5 speed)(not Mazda). (Could trade a 351W with AOD currently in a 1986 Grand Marquis)
To trade, I have a nice 1960 front clip, virtually dent-free, surface rust except on fenders (came off an Oregon truck), with a painted grill and headlight doors. And at least one other 1960 hood, and other parts (once I get something to replace it with). Also the remnants of a 1960 M100 (rusty cab, hood, rusty/dented fenders/grille, dented/rusty styleside box with rusty Ford tailgate), has registration.
Power take off that fits some transmission with straight gears, and a hydraulic pump.
I'd go as far as 100 Mile House for the right sheet metal, maybe even Edmonton (have family to visit in those places).
P.S. : Thanks for this thread!

1964 Running Gear Question
I have a 1964 Ford pickup with a 223 CID four speed. I want to change it to an automatic. Does anyone know of where the bell housing and tranny could be located. Right now, we would take the bell housing, as it has the mounts on it (2) and the engine has one out the front. Any help would be greatly appriecated.
