Does any1 have any suggestions of a way to keep mudd from getting all into the engine compartment from off roading. I mean this is just some light off roading through some mud. I didnt even go through that much mud, but the engine compartment is dirty as heck. Everything the wheel spins goes straight into the the top of the underside of the hood. Any suggestions?
This is one thing that I have found to help keep he mud out of my truck's engine compartment when I decide to go off roading.
I borrow the wife's volvo and give 'er a whirl....
Keeps my truck happy.
Happy mudding.

you can buy fender well protectors from the dealer? I REALLY need them for the rear. Once you hit a mud puddle, the mud shoots everywhere in the fenders back there. A real pain to crawl under the truck with a pressure washer and clean it.
I dont understand. After reading this thread, I went outside and looked behind the front wheels and I do have splash guards between the front wheels and the motor on my 04 Lariat Scab. It is pitiful if they all dont have them. build date 12-12-03. Norfolk Va plant.
