Speedometer Issues NEED HELP

I posted one yesterday about replacing my speed sensor cause the needle jumps on the speedometer. After replacing it, it still jumps. I called the Ford dealership and they said it sounds like the speed cluster.. He was almost positive thats what it was.. Well I really don't wanna pay over 600 BUCKS for a new one.. Is there anything else I can try..... See the funny thing is after I run the truck for awhile and it gets warm I can press the select button a couple times and it stops bouncing... Could it be a short or something with the needle...Need any suggestions available.

What kind of truck do you have? Search for PSOM.

If it's not the sensor, it's the PSOM. Try getting one off ebay or from a junkyard.

Thankyou I'll try to pick one up off there or junkyards cause it will cost an arm and a leg at the dealer
