axle problems
I was out wheeling last weekend and my driver side u-joint decieded it didn't want to play anymore and went exploder. Well after loading it on the trailer and unloading it when I got home I pretty much toasted the short side of the axle. My question is I have a full size parts bronco that has a dana 44 but it is the IFS version, will the axles match up at all, or am I SOL with that though? Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Ah ok, you want to combine an outter stub shaft from a straight axle with one from a TTB. I don't know if it will work or not. It's certainly worth it to at least set them side by side and compare... You also may want to ask this in the 'Offroad' forum. The guys up there have a habit of getting very creative when it comes to combining parts from different axles
