First time user.

98 explorer 4.0 v-6 SOHC Will not maintain idle on cold start when outside temperature below 40. And can't find PCV valve. Appreciate any help. JH.

Check the IAC first. There is a sticky at the top of the forum that details what to do. As for the PCV... it is on the passenger's side of the motor (a little left of center) all the way in the back against the firewall. It is a bit of a pain to get at, but what you will see it a plastic T with 2 lines coming off it. Pull the lines and then remove the PCV. Let us know what you find and I'm sure we can help if the problem persists.
