Just an update
i posted before about my volt meter jumping irradiacly, and was given some thoughts on how to fix it. in turn my heater only worked on high. well blower motor finally crapped out the other day so i replaced it and the hi low relay thing(as stated before by someone else, it is in the engine compartment) and it must have been one of those casueing the jump cause it hasnt done it since. so if you have jumping needle syndrome and heater only works on high, this could be the problem for u as well. oh yeah all this done on a 91 4x4 4 door explorer.
