3rd brakelight/cargo light
My '93 Ranger had a cargo light on the 3rd brakelight. My 2002 Edge does not. Can I swap out the stock one on the 2002 for a stock one with the cargo lamp? Are all 2002 Rangers missing this light? I'd imagine I can find one relatively easy at a bone yard. Will this be a direct swap, no wiring to deal with... kinda like plug and play?

If the cargo light is not there, the wire to power it (from the instrument dimmer switch on my "99) is probably not there. It will be easy to pull the stock unit and look for an unused wire. It would probably be fairly easy to add a seperate switch and wire to power a replacement unit. Good luck.
