It seems alot of people have a vibration issue. I don't have one at all at any speed. My airaid intake was causing a slight pedal vibration but I just needed to do some tightening and readjusting and now that is gone. Couldn't be happier.
I have not read the vibration thread. I recently purchased an 2005 F150 King Ranch. It is by far the best riding truck I have ever driven. It rivals my wife Acura MDX. I traded my 2003 Dodge Hemi Ram 2500. No comparison. When I am riding in it, if I did not know I was in a truck, you would think it was a luxury car. Enough said. I hope Ford can fix the 2004 problems.

I like the brown that you have on your truck, I wanted that color
for my 2004, but was told that's a 05 color only... oh well!
We went with the Medium Wedgewood blue.
What engine did you get with your 250? I assume the 5.4L...
you really like the Ford better than the Dodge Hemi?
I do not know, but they did not read the reviews from prior post. So they started a new one. Over and Over...First ones, felt bad about their problems, then after that the ones that did not get their trucks fix figured they can post again to start flamming FORD F150, stating false issues that insuated that ALL F150's had the problem. Yada Yada Yada......Then you get sucked in to the negative feedback, then the Wars begin.
I joined this formn to see is what new MOD the next person installed on their truck and their reviews. I can't believe I got sucked into the evil empire.
The majority of the 2004 F150's (my opinion, not fact) have no vibration issues, I can only atest my experience with my truck.
I have a Scab 04 FX4 with 3.73's no vibration at any speed and now have 6800 miles. I did find one vibration and that was when operating with the rear door windows down the truck would vibrate after 60 mph..it was an aerodynamics issue because when I roll up the rear windows it went away. Strange but true.

So, you are basically saying that Ford is flaming Ford. It's the Ford engineers that are telling us that they all have the vibration issue. Everything I have posted is factual. If Ford had done the right thing from the beginning I would have been happy with a trade for a truck that didn't have the problem. Now, since I've had to jump through all of their hoops and am still jumping, I'll never buy another new Ford product again.
