95 with elec pump??
ok maybe be i am just having a brain fart, but i was looking at a 95 with out the bed on it and there were four (4) wires goin into the fuel tank, do these trucks have an electric pump in the tank along with the mechanical one on top of the motor??? just want to clarify this with out having to rip into my tank.

My '95 runs on the lift pump on the engine, but has wires to the tank for the fuel gauge float, to tell me how full the tank is!
Perhaps those are the wires you are seeing, as no '95's came stock with an electric fuel pump that I know of.

Every tank i have looked at has only had one wire going into it IF the motor had a lift pump on it i.e. a carberated motor, most fuel injected motors have had three or four, one for the sending unit and two for a pump so that was what i was wondering.
anyone ever opened these tanks up and seen what the wires are for???
