What to do next?

i dont have any ideas on what to do next to my truck. i already have a custom flowmaster exhaust, and a remote start. its a 96 f150 2wd. i like the look of a lifted truck but am not really sure about lifting my 2wd? what are some other good mods that you guys have done to your trucks? no ricer/22" rim ideas please.

The Centurion coversion pakage was installed when the truck was new by Centurion. It consists of Painted fender Flairs, wood grain interior trim, CRLawrunce powerslider, Painted Bug shield, Custom floor mats, Leather seats, Westin Step bars, Soft Tonneau cover.

I've only had the truck a little over a year. Whoever bought the truck new, paid a pretty penny for the conversion package I'm sure.

If I was you, I would get some rims and tires and a lift to start with. Atleast tires and rims. That would change the looks of the your truck the most.

Go with the headers for you flowmaster exhaust, while you're at it, get a high-flow cat, help out performance there first. Then I would go with a FIPK. That conversion package is a sweet thing, worth the pretty penny IMO.

what engine do you have? i say drop a 460 in it. with a litle suspension mod you should be able to pull this off. Also get a 2" lift from Rough Country i believe, or you could lower it if it's a street turck. do a 2/4 drop. that would look mean. Get a different hhod with a scoop and make it functional. That would help the looks a lot. Just my $0.02

I would lift it, 4-6 inches would look awesome, 2wd or not.. Some 35 inch tires would looks great. You could have a future Truckin' truck.

Air horns!!! Not the most practical, but definitely the most fun add-on I've ever slapped on my truck!

Don't have to by any means, but it would improve acceleration most likely, I would go with like 4.10's or higher.

WHAT ARE YOU GUYS THINKING?!?!?! the only vehicles worthy of a lift are 4x4... IMO... when i see a lifted truck im like dang thats awesome! but if someone tells me its only a 2wd it a total turnoff to the vehicle

I agree it should be 4x4, but a lift for 4x2 is cheaper, and they still look good.

i wish it was a 4x4, believe me, but i got a deal on the truck that i couldnt pass up so...anyone have any experience with 2wd lifts? I was thinking about flipping the stock shackle in the rear then putting some high lift coils up front, maybe 6" coils to level everything out
