Does back seat fold down?

I have a 04 Heritage SC 4x4. At the top of the back seat are some straps, as if it folds down. I kept messing with it and examining it with no avail. Am I nuts? Does it, or does it not fold down?????????

No, it doesn't fold down. Those straps are attachment points if you need to install a child safety seat.

The seat bases will fold up though.

Thank you. I thought I was just stupid and couldn't figure out how to fold it down. I couldn't find anything in the manual about it. Now I know why

I do know how to fold the bases up

Riding Rob...Don't feel bad....I did the same thing for 2 days with my '02. I just tucked the straps back behind the seat.
