I have a 93 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0 and I have a phantom problem with it. While it is cold, it runs fine and accelerates fine. After it gets warm it starts to get a little jerky in the throttle. I mean just when you first touch the throttle while in motion and the reverse when you let off the gas. It concernes me because My rear diff went out and I had to rebuild it. The problem persists and i'm afraid that this condition could me the cause of my rear end failure. If someone know anything about this or has a fix or Idea, let me know! Thanks to all!
Oh! This is what I have tried. New rear end. New U joints. New DPFE sensor. New TP sensor. New Air intake solonoid(was bad). I had the truck scanned while driven and the key on/off tests as well. They vaccum checked it and fuel pressure tested. All was well. I am going to intall A new center support bearing assy very soon. Thanks again
