Need some help with a possible leak
Just did my oil change this moring, and while I was draining the oil out of the pan I noticed http://www.cookieshouse.com/gallery/album07/aaa

It's at the top of the oil pan where the transmission housing bolts up to the block.
That, and I was about 1 1/2 quarts low on oil after I drained it all out.

From the looks of those pictures, it doesnt look like you could have leaked 1.5 quarts. Those look really...accute?
Anyhow, if it's a seal problem with the oil pan, you could drop the pan and get a new gasket. Remember, oil pans use about 11-12 ft-lbs of torque, in a star pattern. Any more than that and you are gonna strip the threads in the block. But it also looks like it's only (slightly) leaking at where the bolts are, not around the entire seal....
Have you tried resetting the ECU? just disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes or so.
