Replacement engine for 03

I was wondering if early 03 engine was replaced under waranty with leaking problems with only 10,000 miles would it be a complete new engine or a rebuilt.also would they change all the electronics or use the old ones.would you get a new 5 year 100,000 mile waranty.Any input apprciated.Thanks
