How long to wait?

How long to wait?
I'm going to take my '05 F350 into the dealer. I just put back the original tune from the 40hp mode of the Pedator. Is there a certain amount of time or miles I should wait for anything to clear or am I good to go.

P.S. Kinda another question, but, my shifting has never gotten close to smooth when in the other mode. It's been quit awhile, tried the upshifts/gear engagements but its always hard shifting when getting on it. Not full on it either. Any ideas? Anyone else with an '05 with the same thing?
Did update the Predator also with the newest flash.
