75 F-250 emission "help"

75 F-250 emission "help"
I have a 1975 F-250, and it has no Emission, where can i get INFO on how to & what to hook up, the engine is a 390, C-6 tran's, GVWR is 8100, oh its listed as a Federal emission.

TNT you should be ok, I believe that emission were required on vehicles under 6500lbs. I just went through w/ my 76 f250 in phoenix, all they checked was the gas cap pressure - buy a new one, and did a idle test, passed w/ flying colors after I dumped a bottle of rubbing alcohol in the tank. There was no smog pump, charcol canister, fortunately the stock air cleaner was still on, so they did not check under it. Oh I installed a new air filter & pcv valve and chnged the oil before I went down.

Your truck is smog exempt in California. As of right now when your car turns 29 in California you no longer have to smog it. I assume you are trying to register it in CA because it says California in your signature. Every state has different guidelines.

tmcrew & AirSmitty , I want to thank you two for the help on my Emission ,my wife son & myself made alot of calls, to the DMV, the B.A.R., and DMV again, then after two hours on the PH, we drove to the DMV 30 min. later we walked out with a Exempted Reg. and yes I do live in CA. which is one of the s*^# states to have a car smoged in .
