I have two 1981 F250s both with 351m engines. The 2WD has a 1.08 (287cfm) on carb and the 4WD has a 1.21 (351cfm) on the carb. cfm's are from the FI-carb forum in the read first posted notes for Autolite/Motorcraft Carbs. You can match your # from the carb bowl there.
