I posted a question in the differential section andin typical fashion got no response. So I am going to ask here because the majority of the machanics are in this forum anyways. I need to rebuild my 92 f-150's rearend its a 8.8 because it got water in it. Im wondering If I can do it all in my garage or if i need to have a shop press anything in? I am going to be bying a 12 ton hydrolic shop press so I was hoping i can do everything with that. to cut down on cost.
Oops...I was trying to post a link to an 8.8 rebuild site but came up a link to a porno site. Glad I checked it I think it's from CPA5ohtech at angelfire.com ( the 8.8 info not the porno) but anyway sorry I tried. I copied the info and typed in the same so don't know what went wrong. Did I mention I'm as computer savy as a rock? Can someone help this guy? G.
