Check Engine light stays on

The check engine stays on while driving...went to Auto Zone..had the mgr. put the handheld diagnostics device plug into my truck...which is a 96 Big bronco 351 cid..4x4...it spit out 2 troubles...troublecode P1351..IDM Input Circuit Malfunction...and P1359 Spark Output Circuit....now what does all of this mean??...Can anyone help me ...Or do I need to take this to Ford??..

Not sure about the unput circuit malfunction one but the spark output makes the ICM suspect since it controls spark output. ICM = Ignition Control Module

IDM is 'Ignition Diagnostic Monitor'.

Those two codes are related, and most certainly caused by a faulty Igniton Control Module, as Greystreak92 suggested.
